Google profile management for local businesses
Be the business people find first.
When your neighbors search for what you do, they pick from the first few names on the map. I help yours earn a spot there, and make sure it looks like the obvious choice.
Who I work with
Built for the places people count on every week.
Hi, I'm Harrison. I run Findable, a small company that takes care of Google profiles for local businesses, so the people who do great work are the ones who get found.
Why it matters
Great businesses get skipped every day.
- 1
Reviews decide who gets the call. How many you have, how recent they are and how steadily they come in all count, with Google and with customers.
- 2
Quiet profiles look closed. No photos, missing hours and unanswered reviews make people move on to the next name.
- 3
Small details matter. The right categories, services and service area help Google show you for the searches you want.
An illustrated example, not a real business. Results depend on each business and its customers.
What I do
Your Google profile, handled every week.
Profile cleanup
The right categories, hours, services, service area and description, so Google knows exactly what you do and where.
A steady flow of reviews
Review cards and a ready-to-send text so you can ask every customer for a review in seconds.
Every review answered
Personal replies within two business days. If a review is negative, I send you my reply to OK first.
Weekly posts
Your recent work, specials and updates, posted every week so your profile never looks quiet. Just tell me what's new.
Always up to date
Holiday hours, new services and changes made as soon as you tell me, so customers never show up to a locked door.
A plain-English report
On the first of every month: what changed, what it means for your business and what's next.
See the results
A one-page report you'll actually read.
No 40-page PDFs full of jargon. Every month you get the numbers that matter, straight from your Google profile.
- Calls, direction requests and website clicks from Google
- New reviews and how you compare to your top competitor
- What I did, what I noticed and what's next
What we noticed: calls picked up after we started weekly posts. Keep handing out the review cards.
How it works

Questions
Straight answers.
Do I keep control of my Google profile?
Yes. You add me as a manager, not an owner. You never share a password, and you can remove me in two clicks whenever you want.
Can you get me to #1 on Google?
Nobody can honestly promise that, because Google decides. What I promise is the work, every week, and a monthly report from Google's own numbers so you can see what's changing.
How do you get me more reviews?
By making it easy to ask every customer. You get a print-ready review card and a short text with your review link to send after each visit or job. I never post fake reviews or pay for them; that breaks Google's rules and can get a listing penalized.
What do I have to do?
Very little: add a few photos to your profile from your phone now and then (I'll show you how), hand out review cards, and OK my reply if you ever get a negative review. I handle the rest.
Is there a contract?
No. It's month to month. If it's not worth it to you, email me and your service ends after the month you've paid for.
I'm not a tech person. Is that a problem?
Not at all. That's the point. The only setup step takes about two minutes, and I'll walk you through it by email, step by step.
